Coffee roya have affected us, after shorting the beans too much damage on the beans was found. We as our buyer patience since the roya issue have delayed the process. We have found after processing the coffee that much damage was made, we was not aware on that until days ago.
Some of the costumers who are awaiting on the 2013 harvest may wonder why the harvest has took more that expected, well, El Salvador and all the Central America including part of Mexico and all way down to Panama has been affected by one of the worst infection of ROYA(fungus over the coffee tree lives) in the last 100 years, as you can see in the video, 90% of the coffee fields in our country are destroyed, i really cant say why, but the trees simply did not rip, they rip but took more time than expected, farm and beans are affected of ROYA, this fungus affect the lives of the trees only, not the beans, a weak tree will never rip, but they did affect us with the time we are delayed, please take this in consideration....

Some costumer has been sending emails to us with treats and insults, ebay listings have a very specific description on when the item will be shipped, bids on the auction are a full acceptance of this delivery dates and terms, we sell our harvest in advance and we depend on the natural process of the plants and nature, our period of harvest is Nov to Jan every year, harvest shipping depends on several goverment agencys and we are subject to their time frame as well, save everybody time and hassle, you don't need to insult us, we don't sell and we don't advertise fast shipping, most ebay orders are pre order unless they state other thing, it is better to request a refund and refund will be made (within the time frame described in the listing, refunds may take 30 days and they are subject to restocking fee), the auction page was very clear regarding the coffee you been buying and when you will get it, you been buying 2013 harvest and that is taking place right now, PLEASE beware to use any treats agains what you have agree, what this meant, we have a legal contract on your purchase, if you have buyer remorse "ASK FOR REFUND UNDER LITING TERMS AND WAIT FOR REFUND TO BE SUBMITTED" dont treat us with complains, you have the right to complain of course, but if you complain make sure to NOT difamate us, DO NOT COMPLAIN for something you have already agree, if that happen we reserve the right to take legal actions.
